About us
Who are Arro-cad?
Established in 1995, the Company has built, through continued
training and investment , a 5 Station , in house Strucad General
Arrangement and Detailing Drawing Office. The Directors and employees
have 'time served' manual and AutoCAD experience as well as many
years 'hands on' experience of Strucad.
Our clients benefit from this expertise and use us to extract
the very best out of the Strucad software, as 3D Modelling and
automatic detailing is proving to be the way forward in this
ever changing industry.
What do
we do?
There is little if nothing we haven't drawn, that is Structural
steel ,on Strucad.
We pride ourselves in attention to detail, asking the right questions
and having an in depth knowledge of all aspects of Structural
steel and have combined this with the ability to get the best
out of the software to meet our clients needs.
We can complete site surveys; Engineered or Design and Build contracts and are happy dealing direct with one, or all of the Professional parties whilst keeping our clients fully informed.
We have worked successfully with a lot of the major UK fabricators and are fully aware of the need to commit to deadlines and issue dates whilst maintaining efficient and concise information flow between all of the Professional parties.
Continued investment in People & Technology has enabled us to take advantage of e-commerce through direct drawing and cam data transfer to anywhere in the world.
The Strucad 3D modelling software has the benefit of producing fabrication drawings with concise and uniform information along with automatic list production , cam data, clash detection and many other features making this the worlds leading 3D Modelling & Draughting system.
This 'State of the art' 3D software enables fast and accurate wire frame modelling of the building with easy production of views and details to aid fine tuning throughout the Construction process, especially useful for discussions with Architects and Engineers.
When detailing we consider the practicalities of manufacture, transport & erection. All 'Models', General Arrangements and detail drawings are checked prior to issue, we feel it is a minimum requirement and will not compromise on this.
We feel we can offer a 'time served' practical drawing service with all the benefits the latest draughting technology brings.
